Rachel Don't make judgments about others that you don't know. Reach out and take someone's hand, help them up; be a friend. Smile to yourself and everyone you meet, I promise you'll make someone else's day better. Stand up for yourself, don't let others walk on you.

Control your anger in good ways. Take a walk, cry, write poetry, sing, dance, do what makes you feel good!! Others don't deserve your rage. Calm down and talk about it.

Every single person has a large amount of potential--Use it to the extreme!
